Advancing sustainable operations with 2025 actions

In 2025, Tasowheel moved from strategic planning to measurable sustainability results, making environmental responsibility a core part of our operational framework. The year was defined by a shift toward greater transparency and concrete changes that reduced our environmental impact across all functions. By integrating these efforts into our daily business, we have established a clear baseline for our environmental and social responsibilities.

Significant milestones included publishing our first sustainability report and completing our second annual carbon footprint calculation. We strengthened our reporting through the EcoVadis assessment and our first CDP inquiry while celebrating two decades of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications. A major highlight was our transition to renewable energy sources: from April 1st, we switched to renewable district heating, and during the second quarter, we adopted HVO renewable diesel for our fuel requirements, significantly reducing our operational emissions.

Sustainability is first and foremost a collective effort. When the entire team aligns with our responsibility targets, we turn shared goals into measurable results.

In addition, we focused on workplace improvements, such as enhanced waste sorting in both office and production areas and the launch of the Safety-TV concept to increase safety awareness. These achievements were made possible by the active involvement of our entire personnel, whose daily participation in new routines ensures that sustainability remains a practical part of our professional expertise.

Looking forward, the progress made in 2025 serves as a foundation for our long-term objectives. We have established clear emission reduction roadmaps and joined the new energy efficiency agreement period to ensure steady, systematic improvement. Our journey toward more sustainable manufacturing is ongoing, as we continue to refine our processes and monitor our environmental impact in the years to come.
