Kati’s Journey: Energized by Growth

Kati is an assembler specializing in products for the paper industry and healthcare technology. She joined Tasowheel in 2020, making a bold transition from healthcare to the tech industry, a move fueled by her desire to learn something new. That same mindset has guided her journey ever since and, in 2024, earned her the recognition of Employee of the Year.

What keeps Kati motivated in her daily work? A relaxed outlook combined with a readiness for new challenges.

Professionally, her role has steadily expanded, from mastering new equipment to taking on the responsibility of onboarding new colleagues. Looking ahead, she envisions herself still at Tasowheel, as a more advanced and developed version of who she is today.

A little-known fact about Kati: after leaving the healthcare field, she trained as a car body repair specialist.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her energetic six-year-old son, as well as hiking and being in nature.
